To assist you by phone or in person Kenner’s advisors will need for patients to provide the information from these documents: Explanation of Benefits; sponsor’s information; Other Health Insurance (if patients have other health insurance) to include Medicare.

Customers who need assistance with a debt collection action need (the documents above): copy of the collection notice; any legal correspondence relating to the notice and the amount of the collection action.

TRICARE Service Center
Health Net Federal Services operates a TRICARE Service Center inside of Kenner on the first floor. The hours of operation are from 7:30 am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday. TRICARE beneficiaries enrolling to Kenner Army Health Clinic should start here before accessing care.

DEERS eligibility issues cannot be resolved in the clinic. Go to the Soldier Support Center, Faughn Hall, located at 1401 B Avenue, Bldg 3400 the ID Card Office. You can update your DEERS address online at www.tricare.osd.mil/DEERSAddress, or by calling 1-800-538-9552.

Health Benefits Advisors are available to assist you with claims or benefits issues. If you have questions, visit the TRICARE Service Center or Health Benefits Advisors located on the first floor inside Kenner.
