    The seasonal weather changes in the Tri-Cities area are usually mild. In January, the coldest month, temperatures range from an average high of 50 degrees Fahrenheit to a low of 29 degrees. In July, the warmest month, the average high is 91 degrees with occasional lows near 70 degrees. Severe weather threats for this area include tornadoes, tropical storms, hurricanes, nor'easters and snow storms.
